Privacy & Terms
Clear rules for early access.
This page explains how Calling Identity handles waitlist details, early testing, website use, and product limitations before the public launch.
Internal builds are experimental and may collect test data only after app permissions are granted.
Caller identity and spam signals can be incomplete, so users should always use judgment.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the phone number, country code, email address, submission time, and basic technical request information needed to protect the website from spam or abuse.
We use this information to send testing updates, launch notices, and an automated reply that includes the correct contact path for support, privacy requests, partnerships, and business verification questions.
How we use waitlist information
Waitlist information is used only for Calling Identity communication and early access management. We do not sell waitlist information, and we do not use waitlist information for third-party ad targeting.
Early app testing
Internal Android builds may be experimental. If a tester installs a build and grants contacts permission, the app may collect test data needed to validate phone number parsing, country detection, shortcodes, duplicate handling, name observations, and spam intelligence features.
Early builds may change, fail, be replaced, or be withdrawn at any time. A test build should not be treated as the final public product.
Website terms
By using this website, you agree not to misuse it, submit false information, attempt to interfere with the service, scrape the waitlist flow, or use the website in a way that harms Calling Identity or other visitors.
Accuracy and limitations
Calling Identity is designed to combine multiple signals such as saved names, verified profiles, reports, number formats, country logic, shortcodes, and risk categories. Those signals can still be incomplete or wrong. Caller identity and spam intelligence should help decision-making, not replace personal judgment.
Future advertising
The final product may include advertising or sponsored placements. The product direction is to keep private contacts and call details out of ad targeting, and to separate product monetization from sensitive personal contact data.
Privacy and support requests
For privacy, support, or business verification requests, join the waitlist and use the reply address included in our automated email. This keeps public pages cleaner and helps route messages through the right early-stage workflow.
Changes to this page
This Privacy & Terms page may be updated as Calling Identity moves from internal testing to public launch. The latest version on this website will apply to the website and current early access flow.
